Steel structure buildings at abroad, the most mainstream type of floor slab is to use corrugated steel plates; domestically, both corrugated steel plates and steel truss floor decks are mainly used. The steel truss floor deck was imported from Europe, improved and optimized in China, and has been widely used industrially.
Let's talk from the following points:
Types of steel truss floor deck
Characteristics of welded steel truss floor deck
Product parameter
I. What are types of steel truss floor decks?
1. Welded steel truss floor deck
The welded steel truss floor deck is to weld the upper and lower longitudinal steel bars (upper and lower chords) in the cast-in-place concrete floor slab with the small-diameter steel bars (web bars) formed by bending to form a small structure with a certain rigidity and capable of bearing loads, truss and then weld the bent foot of the small truss to the bottom mold of the profiled steel plate (rib height 2mm, plate thickness 0.4-1.5mm).
The processing of the truss steel bars and the welding of the steel plate bottom form are all completed in the factory's automated production line.
2. Reinforced truss floor deck without dismantling bottom formwork
Reinforced trusses and non-demolition bottom formwork are prefabricated into a whole combined load-bearing plate through special connectors or anchors.
3. Reinforced truss floor deck with detachable bottom formwork
The steel truss and the detachable bottom form are connected by special connectors to form an integral composite bearing plate.
II. What are characteristics of welded steel truss floor deck?
Advantage:
1. The on-site binding workload is reduced by 60% to 70%, which can shorten the construction period.
2. Compared with corrugated steel plate-concrete composite floor, the thickness is reduced, and the indoor clear height can be increased.
3. The mechanical properties are basically the same as cast-in-place slabs, and can be made into two-way slabs.
4. The fire performance of the cast-in-place slab is equivalent to that of the cast-in-place floor slab. The steel floor is galvanized and does not participate in the stress during the use stage, and no additional fire prevention and anticorrosion measures are required.
5. The bottom surface is flat, the appearance is good, and the loss of steel plate is small.
6. By changing the height of the truss, it is suitable for floors with large spans.
Disadvantage:
1. The steel truss floor deck is rigid, and it is inconvenient to cut on site.
2. The pipelines are interspersed inside the steel truss, and the space at the intersection is tight, which is difficult to handle.
3. It is applied in a floor with a small force, and the amount of steel bars is relatively large.
