    Steel Column

    Steel Columns, they are the upright members in steel structure buildings, bearing the compressive stress as well as bending moment, supporting beam, truss and decking floor. H section steels, box type column, round pipe post, lattice column and cross column are frequently used in different building designs.

    H section steel:

    It's named because the cross-section looks like the English Letter "H". It has good mechanical property and cost performance. When it is applied to be steel columns, it needs to be added column foot plates, stiffened plates, purlin connection plates and crane beam, etc.

    Box type column:

   It's named because it looks like a steel box, it has good dynamic property and small contraction distortion value, which is widely used in high-rise buildings and large-span platform bridges.

    Round pipe post:

   The cross-section is round, it has good stress tolerance and torque resistance.

    Lattice column:

    Lattice column is a kind of bending components, compose of limb parts and lattice strut. Comparing with solid web column, lattice column can save much materials, but lattice column needs much more labors. It is frequently used as frame column and free-standing column in the workshop.

    Cross column:

    It's named because the cross-section is similar to the Chinese Character "十". It has good bending bearing capacity, stretch ability and seismic resistant capacity, but its torque resistance is weak.

Steel Beam

    Steel beams, they hold the full weight of the components in the superstructure and whole roof weight, they are the important components in steel structure buildings.

    There are 2 main types: one is hot rolled section steel beam (also called "I beam"), the other one is welded H section steel beam (also called "build-up" or "variable cross-section" beam)

    Hot rolled section steel (also called "I beam"):

    The billet steel is rolling, cutting after heated, then straightening into section steel.

    The specifications and lengths are fixed, so that the application is limited.

    Welded H section steel beam (also called "build-up" or "variable cross-section" beam)

    Adopting large cross-sections where the bending moment is large according to the force analysis, while using small cross-sections where the bending moment is small. It will save materials and reducing the beam weight under this way. It ensures the safety while taking into account the economic cost.

Tie Beam

    Tie beam, also named tie bar. It plays role of increasing the overall rigidity in steel structure buildings. It sets between columns connecting the single steel frame, increasing the lateral rigidity and reducing uneven settlement degree.

    Tie bar is a kind of connection form among structural stress members, it is not involved in structural calculation. It is made by round steel with connecting plates on both ends.

Color-coated Steel Plates

    Color steel plate is color coated steel plate after coils cold rolling. It is used for roof and wall. When it is used on roof, its corrugated peak is high so that it is helpful for drainage and strength improved. When it puts on wall, the corrugated peak is lower with good looking appearance.

    The thickness range is 0.35mm to 0.7mm. Color options are sky blue, white, red, dark grey, sliver grey, green or other colors from RAL.

Steel Sandwich Panel

    Sandwich panel, someone calls it as composite panel, because it is composing of two layers steel sheets and core materials like Polyurethane, Rockwool, Polyisocyanurate, Glasswool, EPS. It is a kind of good cladding material.

Anchor Bolt

    Anchor bolt (Foundation bolt), it is pre embedded into the concrete foundation to fix the building and equipments.

    Anchor bolt is made by round steel with Q235 grade, its embedded depth and diameter are determined by the design requirements. There is a curved hook at the bottom, all designed to keep the friction between bolts and foundation and to keep the building firm.

Purlin

    Purlin is applied to roof beam and wall columns connection as support for roof and wall panels. There are two types: C and Z with characteristics of reasonable structure, clear force and easy construction and less steel.

    C section steel: It's named because the cross-section looks like English Letter C and formed by galvanized steel sheet through cold bending roll pressure. We can drill holes, do the electroplating and hot dip galvanization on the surface.

    Section height range is 75-250mm, thickness range is 1.5-3.0mm.

    Z section steel: It's named because its cross-section looks like English Letter Z and also formed by galvanized steel sheet through cold bending roll pressure.

    Z-section steel profile is specially designed for roof force characteristics. When the roof slope is large, the force of Z section steel is better than C section profile. While there is not much difference on the wall. Z section steel is optimized for continuous lap without gap.

    Section height range is 100-300mm, thickness range is 1.5-3.0mm

Floor Deck

    Floor deck is made of galvanized steel plate through cold bending molding, it can increase the bonding performance of concrete and steel plate, improve the stiffness of the floor deck.

    Having large section stiffness, strong bearing capacity, floor deck can be used as permanent formwork and floor steel bar because of its low cost, fast construction and long life. It is very popular application in commercial buildings, residential and industrial mezzanine floor structure.

    1. Simple and fast construction, it can be fabricated at multiple times without mold disassembly, thus greatly improving the construction speed and shortening the investment cycle.

    2. Strong seismic bearing capacity, it can control cracks effectively.

    3. Protect the concrete structure and reduce the damage caused by oxidation, insect pests and high temperature.

Bracing

    There are 2 kinds of bracings: straight bracing and diagonal bracing. It is the out-of-plane support point of the purlins, so the tensile force of bracing is the lateral load of purlin.

    Bracing is made of round steel with Q235 grade, it plays role of connecting all roof purlins into a whole. When we inserting the round pipe to diagonal bracing, it is sleeve pipe, and it can play a support role.

High strength Bolt

    High strength bolt, it is a kind of fastener used commonly in steel structures. Comparing with ordinary bolt, there is not much different on the appearance and structure, but the connection of ordinary bolt is achieved by pressure and bolt resistance, and high strength bolt applies a large pre-pull force to the bolt and causes the squeeze pressure between the connection contact surface, so there is a great friction perpendicular to the direction of the bolt, relying on this friction force to transfer the connection shear force.

Flashing & Trim

    Trim/Flashing/Bending sheet, it is made by color-coated steel sheet with various kinds of shapes for waterproof and beauty, like wall flashing, window trim, door trim, eave trim, etc.


Lateral Bracing

    Lateral support of steel structure is the member that limits the horizontal displacement of steel beam. It is made of round steel with turnbuckle bolt on both ends. Except for Its dead-weight, there is no load from the vertical direction, or the load from vertical direction is very small.

Support Between Columns

    Column support is a kind of connection rod that set between columns to ensure the overall stability of the steel structure, improve the lateral stiffness and transfer the horizontal force in longitudinal direction. It is made by round steel, round pipe, angle steel and even H section steels.
