Variety and Properties of Corrosion Protection Primer Coatings
1. Zinc-rich Inorganic Paint
Performance: cathodic protection of steel base, excellent water resistance, oil resistance, rust resistance, high temperature resistance, not in low temperature construction; strict rust removal requirements, and organic and inorganic paint, but not with oil paint; should not be too thick, and not long-term exposure.
Suitable for high temperature or outdoor wet environment of steel base for base: steel, not recommended for aluminum, zinc, not suitable for cement.
2. Epoxy zinc-rich
Performance: steel has cathodic protection, water resistance, oil resistance, strong adhesion, strict base rust removal requirements, suitable for indoor and outdoor wet environment or high coating durability requirements of steel base, after the coating should use epoxy cloud iron.
Applicable base: steel, not recommended for aluminum, zinc, not suitable for cement.
3. Epoxy iron oxide
Performance: adhesion and physical and mechanical properties are good, with good resistance to salt spray, moisture resistance and water resistance, suitable for epoxy zinc-rich back coating, can also be directly used as the bottom coating, can be matched with a variety of coatings.

4. Epoxy iron oxide red
Performance: tough film, good adhesion, can match with a variety of coatings, not suitable for the bottom coating of non-ferrous metal base.
Applicable base: steel, cement. Not recommended for aluminum, zinc.
5. Epoxy zinc yellow
Performance: tough film, good adhesion, suitable for non-ferrous metal base, can also be used for steel base, can be matched with a variety of coatings.
Applicable base: steel, aluminum, zinc, cement.
Performance of Corrosion Protection Finishing Coatings
1. Epoxy zinc-rich
Excellent alkali resistance and wear resistance; good acid resistance and water resistance; general weather resistance and oil resistance.
Excellent adhesion with concrete and steel base, with the use temperature of 60℃.
2. Polyurethane
Excellent wear resistance, oil resistance; acid resistance, alkali resistance, good water resistance; general weather resistance.
Good adhesion with concrete, and steel adhesion is general, the use temperature is 130℃.
3. Epoxy asphalt
Excellent alkaline resistance; acid resistance, good water resistance; general weather resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance.
Excellent adhesion with concrete and steel base, with the use temperature of 50℃.
4. Alloric acid
Excellent weather resistance; good wear resistance and oil resistance; average acid resistance and water resistance; poor alkaline resistance.
Excellent adhesion with steel, not suitable for concrete, the use temperature of 70℃.
