Installation Steps of Membrane Structure

General Installation Tips: 

(1) Site Preparation: Make site clean, put protective materials on ground.

(2) Personnel Preparation: Explain the working procedure and division of labor.

(3) Spread the membrane: Prepare steel cable, holes punching and clamping plate as well.

(4) Tensile Preparation: Do the special treatment on those possible damages to the membrane materials; using ropes to support the membrane temporarily.

(5) Membrane Installation: Lifting the diagonal point and Fixing after the machinery arrives at the site.

(6) Membrane Tension: A pretension to the membrane surface.

(7) Adjustment on the folding area till the final membrane fix.

(8) Install the rainwater system and waterproof cover.

(9) Clean the membrane surface inside and outside, clean the installation site.
