1. Paperback method

The flat-packing method is suitable for steel structure with small assembly spans and relatively high rigidity of components, such as the assembly of steel columns with a length of less than 18 meters, skylight frames with a span of less than 6 meters, and steel roof trusses with a span of less than 21 meters. The plain packing method is easy to operate, does not require stabilization and reinforcement measures, and does not require scaffolding. Most of the welds are flat welds. The welding operation is simple and does not require highly skilled welders. The quality of the welds is easy to guarantee, and the calibration and arching are convenient and accurate.

2. Vertical assembly method

The vertical assembly method can be applied to steel structures with large spans and poor lateral rigidity, such as steel columns with a span of 18 meters or more, window frames with a span of 9 meters or 12 meters, steel roof trusses with a span of 24 meters or more, and skylight frames on roof trusses. The vertical assembly method can assemble multiple pieces at one time, and the block occupies a small area. There is no need to lay or erect a special assembly operation platform or sleeper pier, saving materials and man-hours, and eliminating the turning process. The quality is easy to guarantee, and there is no need to add special blocks for turning over , Reversed, in place, stacked lifting equipment, shortening the construction period. The splicing welds of block assembly connectors or nodes can be welded symmetrically on both sides, which can prevent the prefabricated component connectors or steel members from bending sideways due to node welding deformation.

However, a certain number of stable brackets need to be erected, block correction and arching are difficult, and there are many welding standing seams at the connection nodes of steel components and the joints of prefabricated components, which increases the difficulty of welding operations.

3. Mold assembly method

The mold assembly method refers to the model (inner mold or outer mold) that conforms to the geometric shape or contour of the workpiece. Using molds to assemble and weld steel structures has many advantages such as good product quality and high production efficiency. For batches of plate structures and section steel structures, mold assembly should be considered.
