How To Do Anti-rust Coating on Steel Structure?

Materials: Iron shot, Steel shot, Coating Materials

Tools: Shot-blasting Machine, Sand Blaster, Airless Sprayer, Air compressor

Process: De-rusting-Primer anti-rusting Painting-Intermediate painting-Finishing Painting

Technique: The steel elements will be de-rusted completely with shot/sand blaster, there is no visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, rust etc on the surface of the steel after de-rusting, only dot or strip grave traces visible on surface, then do painting work (primer, intermediate and finishing painting), do not paint on the connection plates for enhancing friction.
