Our prefabricated houses are built to the following specifications:

1. Foundation and Floor:
Reinforced Concrete slab

2. Walling:
prefabricated modular walling panels: steel sandwich panels, ALC, EPS cement board
3. Windows:
Aluminum-alloy and PVC
4. Roofing:
Standard roof will be color-coated steel sheet. Other roofing styles and materials may be determined by the client. Cost will vary from one choice to another. Gutters and down pipes are also included.
5. Internal and External Doors :
Internal doors will be standard wooden doors. External are security steel doors.
6. Flooring:
Ceramic tile, wooden floor finish.

7. Plumbing & Electrical installation:
Plumbing and electrical wiring will be done up, the client will supply all main connections to the house.
8. Finishing:
Ceiling will be of ceiling boards. Painting is to all internal and external walls. Client is free to provide the choice of color.
