Prefab Steel Structure Workshop For Bottled Water Production

Bottled water production workshop includes steel frame, roof and wall facades, window and doors and fasteners.

Portal steel frame is composed of H section steel column, beam and mezzanine system, all these steels are red lead painting, which will be bolted together at construction site.

Facades are covered with alu-zinc steel sheets plus insulation core materials, decorated by aluminum-ally window and steel sliding door on wall sections.

General Bottled Water Processing Flow

1. Water Filtration
   Water must be free of any contaminants that will be a pathogenic threat to consumers.

2. Tank Venting
   The air in the storage tank must be free of microorganisms to ensure that the water stored will not be contaminated.

3. Carbonation
   Carbonation is the step of adding carbon dioxide to a drink. It is used to produce sparkling water. 

4. Bottle Blower and Bottle Washer
   Maintain the quality of the drink and its life.
